We respect your right to control your data. You may request to delete your BudgetHive account and all related data at any time. Upon deletion, all identifiable information linked to your account (expenses, incomes, budgets, tasks, and group participation) will be permanently removed from our servers.
Send an email to techsupport@productivitysquare.app from your registered address with the subject “Delete My Account.” Requests are verified for security and processed within 30 days.
BudgetHive Lite and Cloud store portions of your data locally on your device. Local data remains under your full control and can be manually erased by uninstalling the app or clearing local storage from settings.
We may retain anonymized and aggregated information (e.g., usage statistics) for analytics and compliance purposes. No personal identifiers are kept after deletion.
